Students and enthusiasts of Mixed Martial Arts have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, Arlington Fight Club offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.


Arlington Fight Team (Fighters Only)
Must have previous martial arts experience or sports related background. This program is for the elite fighters only. Our fight team is consisited of amature to professional and UFC fighters. Arlington Fight Team Fighters travel all over the country and hold several titles and belts across the US.

Amature Fighter program

New MMA Fighter Program
This class is designed for future Arlington MMA Fighters. New fighters will get a chance to train with Head Coaches and train with Arlington Fight Team Fighters. Must pass try out and interview with Head Coach. No experience is required for this program as long as you have the desire to be a fighter. Our Kick boxing is the original kick boxing style from Thailand. Learn to kick some butt or have a great workout simulating Thai boxing movements. Throw punches, knees, elbows, kicks. Learn combinations of these movements and have a great workout. For technique or just for a great workout, Thai boxing is a great way to wake up some new muscle groups. Total body movements recruiting new sets of muscles burning more calories then your old cardio routine. Have a great workout and learn how to defend yourself at the same time! ThaiBoxing (Muay Thai)

  • The Thai name for this form of fighting is "Muay Thai" and many times in the Western world, we simply refer to "Muay Thai" as "thaiboxing". Kicks, punches, knees and elbows are used in combinations with the purpose of knocking your opponent out (or to win by on points if it is a sanctioned fight with a referee and judges.) In most of the Western world, as a competitive sport, elbows are excluded because of the extent of damage to the opponent. In Thailand it is allowed. Boxing gloves are the only protection (as well as a "cup") used. Thaiboxing goes by the Thai name in the U.S. and is known as "Muay Thai" which includes low kicks and knees in the competitive form and excludes elbows. The professional form of Muay Thai in USA is just about as common as the amateur. Even as a, so called, "amateur" it is actually possible to make more money than as a professional depending on what deal you are able to get from the promoter of the organization you are fighting in since several "amateur" organizations in the U.S. pay their fighters just as if they were professional

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
It is a ground fighting art that was popularized in America by the legendary Gracie family. Jiu-Jitsu concentrates on dominating your opponent on the ground by using angles, leverage, and superior body positioning to control an opponent's body movement. This style allows for a smaller person to defeat a much larger attacker. We recommend this style for men and women looking for a great workout and realistic self-defense.

MMA, Mixed Martial Arts/ NoHolds Barred Fighting
Mixed Martial Arts was popularized in America by The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). No Holds Barred (NHB) competition isn’t for everyone. But if you have an interest in NHB, want to train at a school that can prepare you for NHB, or just want to experience the great mental and physical rush that comes with NHB training, we can help you. Stand-up: Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and/or forms of full contact karate are trained to improve footwork, elbowing, kicking, kneeing and punching. Clinch: Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, Sambo, and Judo are trained to improve clinching, takedowns and throws, while Muay Thai is trained to improve the striking aspect of the clinch. Ground: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, shoot wrestling, catch wrestling, Judo, and Sambo are trained to improve submission holds, and defense against them. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, pankration, and styles of amateur wrestling are trained to improve positioning and maintain ground control.

Fighters Inc specialize in the developement and marketing of our fighters. We network with several promoters and matchmaker within the MMA community. Personal Kickboxing Training

Kickboxing is an exciting and dynamic way to achieve the body you have always wanted. Kickboxing provides a whole body workout and is thus a very effective training tool. It involves high impact exercise, and is therefore great for:

Burning calories Toning muscles Increasing endurance levels Improving flexibility I train male and female kickboxing clients of all ages, ranging from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. I have designed a special 30-week course aimed at beginners. It starts from teaching basic upper body punches and ducking movements and progresses through to more advanced hand, leg and elbow combinations. I also teach this course to groups of personal trainers in health clubs around the US. The popularity of this course continues to grow.

I also run kickboxing sessions on a one-to-one basis. Individual clients experience great results from sessions geared specifically for them. Whatever the client goals, boxing and kickboxing training can fit into anyone’s fitness program, maybe to replace or complement a current cardiovascular programme or to take up as an exciting new sport.

As so little space and equipment are required, kickboxing training can work perfectly in a home or small studio. In fact, I am yet to find anyone who has not achieved his or her personal fitness goals using this style of training.
